We aim to be affordable and as helpful as possible. Our customers have found our prices competitive compared to other service providers. We do not charge hourly instead our rates are fixed and affordable. We come to inspect your telecom issues and evaluate the cost for fixing related problem. We try our best so our customers can save money wherever they can.

We do not cut corners in our work standard but give customers options to save money such as callout charges if they call us for repairs on the same day of calling us to give quotes for repairs. We give rough estimate for repairs before we come to you to keep you well informed and to put your mind at peace.

Below are the repairing charges for most common problems:

• Socket repair £65
• General checking or fault finding in sockets or cables £50
• Extra extension Sockets £65 each
• Internet issues from £65
• Reporting fault to your service provider from £60 (check if your service provider can reimburse you the repairs cost if you are waiting for them for a long time or if they can’t come on time to do the job)
• New piece of equipment or device needed such as Wireless adapter for internet depending on make and model etc.
• Health check plus on your laptop PCs if it is slow or needs any kind of repairs prices may vary depending on the size of the problem.
