Phone Line Testing

Before you call us check whether the fault is from your telephone service provider side or from the customer premises side if there is no tone in your main telephone socket then unscrew two small screws on the lower half of the main telephone socket remove the face plate and insert a working telephone plug in the test socket if you can hear a tone then there is no problem from your telephone service provider end but the fault is on the customers premises end. If your Telephone socket looks different from below then seek help from your service provider to eliminate the problem.
